Anna Shulman, Real Estate, Wills & Estate Lawyer

Anna was born in Ukraine and immigrated to Canada in the late 1980s. Edmonton has been Anna’s home for over 35 years. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta and, in 2004, obtained her Law Degree at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. After becoming a lawyer in 2025, Anna worked with a national firm for close to 20 years. In 2025 Anna decided to join forces with two trusted colleagues and is excited to have joined the Capital City Law team.

Anna has extensive experience and serves her clients in various areas of law, her primary focus being Real Estate, Wills and Estates and Corporate Law.  Additionally, Anna assists clients in the areas of Family Law and Adult Trusteeship and Guardianship.  Anna’s experience in various areas of law enables Anna to generate a wider range of solutions for her clients, in a results-oriented, professional manner. Anna is fluent in Russian and provides services in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
